All donations made to Jabal-E-Nur Development Society (JDS) are voluntary and non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment, processing error, or proven unauthorized transaction.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. Such refund amount will be settled within 7-10 working days.

Event fees or merchandise purchases, if applicable, follow the specific refund rules stated at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If a refund is issued, the corresponding donation receipt will be voided for tax purposes.
